Our Evergreen Design is a full plan representation of the areas that are to be landscaped. This package includes all elements of the Design including a detailed plant schedule with plant names, quantities and pot sizes, hardscape material schedules such as paving, decking and wall treatments, precise layouts of all hard and soft landscape areas of the proposed garden including locations of relevant components such as swimming pools, paving, driveways, pathways, garden beds, lawn areas, and outdoor lighting plan and quantities.

The Evergreen Design package also includes onsite measurements and levels, photos and videos of areas to develop, and one round of revisions if needed. The masterplan is a full property plan that helps both you and the designer manage phases of the job, expectations and resources, all while staying within a clear design vision with a 3D perspective image of 2 areas of focus. Below is an example of our Evergreen Design package.



Our Bloom Design includes all elements of the Evergreen Design packages and a 3D fly through video. The 3D fly through video is created from the masterplan design. Unlike 2D plans that require some level of imagination and interpretation, with the 3D fly through video, you can see your new outdoor space in all its full realistic glory. It will include things such as textures of materials and natural reflections which create incredible effect. The 3D video fly through allows you to move through it and appreciate all of the different angles, shades and lighting effects. It’s truly as close as you can get to seeing your front yard or backyard completed in real life. Below is an example of our Bloom Design Package.
